Shipping
We like to keep things simple. We have a flat fee of $9.95 for almost everything on the website. Some super heavy metal items might be more, but it’s rare. Add items to cart & you will see the shipping fee that applies to the products you’ve chosen.
Sorry, no we don’t ship internationally. The easiest way for you to get something overseas is to order & ship it to yourself & you post it on.
Parcel Pickup from Beechworth
Yes, you can pickup an order from Beechworth! We have a secure parcel letter box at our property. Simply place your order and choose “Parcel Pickup” as the shipping option. Once processed, you will get an email that your order is in the parcel letter box & ready to collect.

About us & our products
How are they made?
Watch our videos here and see the magic happen. Judy paints (she’s the creative genius behind the whole operation). Ric laser cuts. We have 2 amazing staff who pack orders, laser cut & so much more.
Where are we located?
We live and work in the beautiful country town of Beechworth in Victoria’s North East. Great part of the world!
Where are the products made?
We make everything in Beechworth 🙂 It’s a warehouse building we have on our property that we have used for 30 years as a pottery studio (our past career) and now it’s where our laser cutters are.
What are they made from?
Items are made from a few different materials. We try to add this specific info onto each product page, but if we’ve missed one and you want to know, just ask 🙂
We use ply, MDF, acrylic, acrylic paint, E6000 glue creativity and a lot of love. We also use a series of beautiful wood veneer boards for the wood items. These include Tassie Oak, Myrtle and more.
What size are items?
We try to add all the exact sizing for each product, but sometimes we are human and forget to add it. You are always welcome to email us for an exact size of an item, but generally we keep the products about the same size. Here’s a guide:
Scarf Pins – approx 7-8cm diameter
Glasses Brooches – approx 5-6cm diameter
Scarf Rings Large – approx 9cm diameter
Sizing may vary if Judy feels like an item feels nicer slightly smaller or larger. She has a good eye for this & makes lots of prototypes to get each shape feeling ‘right’. If you have a specific item you want an exact size please email us scarfpinsandrings@gmail.com

How to apply a Coupon Code
You can enter a coupon on the ‘shopping cart’ or ‘checkout’ pages. Below are instructions to show you where to add the coupon depending on which device you are on.

Returns & Refund
Every item is made by us, and hopefully loved by you! Please choose carefully, but if you don’t love what you chose, we are happy to arrange a swap (you post your postage back, we’ll pay for new postage out, fair deal we think.
If we got it wrong it any way, it broke during postage or something else happened please get in touch. We will happily remake the item & get it out to you asap. We want you to LOVE your item.
